Course fees will be 100% refunded/credited in the event that MY Lifeguard Training Group cancels due to insufficient enrollment or the participant withdraws one week prior to course start date. A 25% administrative fee will be retained for any class withdraws within a week of the course start date.
- Failure of any prerequisite and/or course requirements does not validate a refund/credit.
- Participants who withdraw due to illness/injury, as indicated by a doctor’s note, will be refunded/credited.
- All requests for refunds/credits are subject to approval and may be pro-rated based upon participation.
- There are no make ups for multi-day courses
- A $25 administrative fee will be applied to transfer to another class.
